Infinitus oversees a number of UK property assets held within segregated portfolios within Aragon. We agree target returns and thresholds in advance, depending on the appetite of our underlying investors and their overall portfolio goals. Typically, these range between 7 and 12 per cent per annum depending on the end goal with budgets in the region of £1-2.5 million. Examples include yield objectives for student and residential portfolio purchases, as well as medium- to large-scale renovations including ground-up and listed purchases.
